About the presenter:

Richard L. Kuper has over thirty years of business and technology experience. In 1985, after several years of increasing levels of management responsibilities in large corporations, Richard started his own consulting firm. His company, R.L. KUPER, Inc., provides Management Consulting services, including Process, Procedures, Standards, Best Practices, Requirements Management and Documentation. Richard has been heard to say, quite accurately, that: “Many companies are in business in spite of themselves.” That has evolved into one of the company's mottos: "Helping Companies That May Be In Business In Spite Of Themselves™". Richard describes what he does as “playing Sherlock Holmes within an organization.” By that he means that he investigates the issues, and comes up with solutions.
